  • The health and safety of our community is the absolute highest priority for us. As soon as the news began to spread about COVID-19, we increased our health & safety procedures, rolling out an extremely comprehensive response plan & SSOP informed by recommendations from the CDC, WHO, OSHA, CA Dept of Public Health, FDA, & USEPA. The procedures we implemented address PPE use, daily employee health screening, flexible leave policies, social distancing within the kitchen, equipment sterilization, personal hygiene, and guest & vendor restrictions.

  • Our meal program setup takes the task of ordering lunch for your staff off of your plate. We take care of all the ordering for you! In our initial meeting, we will collect the data that is necessary to understand the preferences and dietary restrictions. We record all consumption to dial in our orders and make sure that there are no shortages or waste.

  • We do our best to accommodate a variety of diets and restrictions, all major allergens are labeled on each individual meal box or component. We also can make exceptions from time to time omitting certain ingredients.

  • 72+ hours is ideal but we understand life happens. So if you find yourself in a bind, please feel free to reach out to us.

  • Excellent question! We are a scratch kitchen, which means all of our food is made in-house under strict guidelines. Our procurement team emphasizes sourcing of products from local Bay Area suppliers who also follow county safety protocols.

  • Yes, we can accommodate and deliver to what best fits your situation.

  • Yes, we do add a modest delivery to all orders (based on time and distance).

  • We deliver to 3 counties here in the Bay Area. San Francisco County, San Mateo County, and Santa Clara County, and select East Bay locations.

  • We are happy to say that we employ our own delivery drivers who also follow county safety protocols, e.g. temperature check, gloves, mask, uniform, etc.

  • 30 person minimum or a minimum order of $500 if possible per order or $1500 per week. Contact our sales department for more information.

  • We use recyclable (some are reusable) and compostable containers.

  • We understand times are tough and things can change quickly and we do our best to accommodate. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged the full order amount. In cases of emergencies, we are happy to deliver and donate any prepared food to local charitable organizations at no extra charge
